• These Terms apply to the use of hunportal.hu and its related subpages, dashboard interfaces, forum, advertising, found-item, contact, support and payment functions.
• By using the website, registering, posting an advertisement, writing a forum post, contacting us, supporting or starting a payment, the User accepts these Terms.
• If the User does not accept the Terms, they may not use website functions for which acceptance is required.
• The Service Provider may unilaterally amend the Terms. Amendments take effect when published on the website unless a later date is indicated.

Hunportal is a Hungarian information, community and service search website that may provide, among others, the following functions:

• displaying public-interest and tourism-related content;
• browsing services, businesses, events and categories;
• user registration and login;
• user dashboard;
• submitting, editing and displaying advertisements or provider data;
• submitting found items, notices and reports;
• managing forum topics, comments, likes and reports;
• contact and messaging functions;
• support or payment through SimplePay.

• Some functions require registration.
• The User must provide true, accurate and up-to-date data.
• The User is responsible for the security of their login credentials and actions performed through their account.
• The Service Provider may restrict, hide or delete obviously false, unlawful, offensive or misleading registrations, advertisements, forum content or messages.
• The User may request deletion of their account. Deletion does not affect data that the Service Provider must retain due to legal obligations or legitimate claims.

Provider, business, programme, venue and other listings shown on the website may come from two main sources: they may be submitted or managed by the provider or authorised representative, or compiled by the Service Provider from publicly accessible sources.

• Public sources may include the provider’s own website, public social pages, searchable company or service profiles, event pages, partner pages or other lawfully accessible online sources.
• The purpose of data taken from public sources is information, searchability and easier contact. Display alone does not create a contractual relationship, recommendation, rating, representation or approval by the Service Provider.
• If a provider, business or authorised representative notices inaccuracy, they may request correction, supplementing, updating, restriction or removal through the contact email.
• The Service Provider examines notices and removal requests within a reasonable time and modifies, hides or deletes the listing if justified.
• The User submitting an advertisement or provider listing warrants that the provided data, images, contact details and descriptions are true, lawful and do not infringe third-party rights.
• It is prohibited to publish unlawful, misleading, aggressive, discriminatory, hateful, pornographic, personality-rights-infringing or consumer-deceptive content.
• The Service Provider may moderate content before or after publication and is not obliged to publish all submitted content.
• The Service Provider strives for accuracy but does not guarantee complete, continuous and up-to-date verification of data from public sources or third parties.
• Publication of an advertisement or listing does not mean the Service Provider has checked or guarantees the advertiser’s quality, legality, prices, opening hours, availability or performance.
• The advertiser is generally responsible for the contract, performance, payment, warranty, guarantee and complaint handling between advertiser and interested party.

• The purpose of the forum is to provide cultured, helpful and community-oriented conversations.
• The User may publish only content that is lawful and does not infringe others’ personality rights, reputation, copyrights or business secrets.
• Unauthorised publication of personal data, harassment, threats, hate speech, spam, political or otherwise manipulative content, and any content incompatible with the website’s purpose are prohibited.
• The Service Provider may check content by automated and manual moderation, hide or delete content, restrict User access and, in serious cases, contact authorities.
• The User is primarily responsible for content published by them.

• Support or payment functions available on the website may operate by bank card or other online payment method through SimplePay.
• Some data required for payment is transferred to SimplePay to process, identify, confirm and settle the transaction.
• The Service Provider does not store card numbers, expiry dates, CVC/CVV codes or full card data.
• After successful payment, electronic confirmation, an invoice or a receipt may be issued. After failed or interrupted payment, the User must check the confirmation.
• Refunds, mistaken payments, chargebacks and complaints are also governed by SimplePay, card scheme and applicable legal rules.

• For certain events, Hunportal may provide a link, recommendation interface or embedded sales option pointing to an external partner ticket sales system.
• If the User purchases a ticket in an external partner system, the ticket purchase contract is concluded between the User and the external partner, ticket seller, organiser or seller indicated on that site.
• In such cases, payment, invoicing, ticket issuance, ticket delivery, entry, cancellation, modification, refund and complaint handling are governed by the external partner’s own terms, privacy notice and ticket purchase rules.
• Hunportal may be entitled to commission after ticket purchases made through a partner, such as a percentage intermediary fee. This alone does not make Hunportal the ticket seller, payment recipient or organiser.
• Hunportal is not responsible for ticket validity, event holding, event modification or cancellation, entry, the external partner payment system, invoicing or refund decision.
• For leisure services provided for a specific date or period, especially concerts, events and admission tickets, consumers may not always have a statutory withdrawal right without reason. Exact terms are contained in the external partner’s ticket purchase rules.
• If Hunportal is expressly indicated as seller or payment recipient for a specific sale, the payment, invoicing and refund terms separately published by Hunportal apply to that purchase.

• In case of payment or support, the Service Provider issues an invoice or accounting receipt based on the billing data provided if required by law.
• The Service Provider currently generates payment receipts or invoice documents in Hunportal’s own system. Számlázz.hu / szamlazz.hu is involved only if the specific invoice or receipt is actually issued through it.
• Invoices, receipts and any data reporting obligations are governed by the accounting, tax and NAV rules in force.
• The User is responsible for the accuracy of billing data.
• In case of incorrect billing data, the User must promptly report the error through the contact email.
• Retention of invoices and accounting receipts is governed by accounting and tax rules.

• If the User qualifies as a consumer, they may have withdrawal or termination rights for distance contracts under applicable law.
• For digital or immediately performed services, the withdrawal right may be limited or excluded if performance began with the User’s express consent and the User acknowledged that they may lose the right of withdrawal.
• For voluntary support, the support is generally not consideration for a product or ticket, but support for Hunportal’s operation. In case of an incorrect, duplicate or obviously erroneous support payment, the User may request individual refund review in writing within 14 days of payment.
• A support refund may take place if payment was made by mistake, due to technical error, unlawfully or in duplicate, and no legal, accounting or payment provider obstacle prevents refund. Deductibility of bank, card scheme or SimplePay costs is governed by applicable provider terms and laws.
• Tickets, admissions and programmes purchased in an external partner system are subject to the external partner’s own withdrawal, cancellation and refund rules, not Hunportal’s support refund rule.
• If specific product sales or subscriptions start later on the website, separate withdrawal, performance and warranty terms must be specified.

• There is no telephone customer service; complaints and customer service requests may be submitted by email.
• Please include name, email address, affected transaction or content ID, detailed complaint description and requested action.
• The Service Provider examines and responds to complaints within the deadlines required by law.
• In consumer disputes, the User may turn to a conciliation body. As a general rule, the competent body is based on the consumer’s residence or place of stay; failing that, or under applicable legal conditions, the body at the company’s registered seat may proceed.

• The User may also turn to consumer protection authorities or courts.

• The Service Provider strives for continuous and secure operation of the website but does not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted availability.
• The Service Provider is not liable for outages caused by external providers, especially Hostinger, SimplePay, banks, internet providers or browsers.
• The Service Provider is not liable for damages arising from incorrect, incomplete or untrue data provided by the User.
• The submitter is primarily responsible for third-party content appearing on the website.
• To the extent permitted by law, the Service Provider excludes liability for indirect damages, lost profit and data loss, except in case of intentional damage or liability that cannot be excluded by law.

• The website’s own text, graphics, images, software and database content may be protected by copyright.
• The User may use the website for their own lawful purposes, but may not mass-copy, republish, scrape, automatically extract data or commercially exploit content without permission.
• For content uploaded by the User, the User grants the Service Provider a non-exclusive, territorially and temporally unlimited, free licence to display, store, technically process and moderate it on the website.
• The User warrants that they are entitled to use uploaded images, texts and data.

Personal data processing is governed by two separate related documents: the visitor privacy notice for visitors without registration and public forms, and the registered user privacy notice for registered users and dashboard functions. These privacy notices are inseparable related documents of these Terms.

• The visitor notice applies especially to browsing, cookies, contact, guest ad submission, found-item submission, category and result suggestions, consent statements, guest payment and guest forum actions.
• The registered user notice applies especially to registration, profile, dashboard ads, favorites, messages, forum, billing data, support payments, notifications and newsletter settings.
• Non-essential cookies, statistical or marketing identifiers may be used only with appropriate consent.
• Card data is handled by SimplePay; the Service Provider does not store full card numbers, expiry dates or CVC/CVV codes.

• These Terms are governed by Hungarian law.
• Matters not regulated in these Terms are governed especially by the Hungarian Civil Code, rules on electronic commerce services, consumer protection rules, GDPR and Hungarian rules on informational self-determination.
• If any provision of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
• The Service Provider may modify, suspend or terminate the website’s functions, content, availability and fees, while handling existing obligations according to law.
